This outdoor dining concept is an extension of Nougatine by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, located on the terrace overlooking Central Park and Colombus Circle, using the same structures as built for The Greens at Pier 17 with partner Howard Hughes Corporation. Rosseel studio acted as creative director and interior designer for the winter cabins conceived and built by Heini. The concept exists of 5 individual 10’ square’ winterized dining cabins fitting up to 8 guests.
